- writing engaging webinar speeches using business insights, market Intel and wider industry research
- writing, planning and project management of new website content including campaign, promotional, informative and navigation content
- developing ideas and writing a wide range of content for brand and project campaigns including long-form editorials, blogs, content marketing articles and innovative mixed-media short-form content for regular social media posts
- deliver analysis and insight on published content with recommendations for future content enhancements
Requirements
- have a clear vision of how social media should be utilised within Facilities Management or a direct sales environment
- collect pictures and video within the office /properties /the community
- post across all major channels
- strong understanding of how to grow followership
- create, design and mail imaginative email campaigns
- social media marketing: 1 year
- carry out key handover where we will engage with clients to collect life landmarks via images and video plus educate the owners about their new properties
