  • social Media Specialist
  • content Writing
  • creation of digital photography and videography content
  • producing branded content for digital adverts, web pages, e-marketing newsletters & social media platforms
  • writing engaging webinar speeches using business insights, market Intel and wider industry research
  • writing, planning and project management of new website content including campaign, promotional, informative and navigation content
  • developing ideas and writing a wide range of content for brand and project campaigns including long-form editorials, blogs, content marketing articles and innovative mixed-media short-form content for regular social media posts
  • deliver analysis and insight on published content with recommendations for future content enhancements

Requirements

  • have a clear vision of how social media should be utilised within Facilities Management or a direct sales environment
  • collect pictures and video within the office /properties /the community
  • post across all major channels
  • strong understanding of how to grow followership
  • create, design and mail imaginative email campaigns
  • social media marketing: 1 year
  • carry out key handover where we will engage with clients to collect life landmarks via images and video plus educate the owners about their new properties
