  • assist with the preparation of contract documents together with administering the conditions of the contract
  • assist in estimating and tendering of projects

Requirements

  • QS degree
  • working towards or obtained MRICS status
  • good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • collaborative outlook to Construction
  • sound commercial awareness
  • excellent IT systems knowledge
  • ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of commercial reporting
  • modular building: 1 year
