- textile UK is a fast growing logistics company specialising in freight distribution and warehousing for exclusive luxury brands in Tilbury, Essex
- admin experience in an office environment is essential and industry experience is desirable
- A new position has opened up in our Customer Service department and we are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join us
- to assist with the day-to-day facility management for both buildings
- provide general administrative assistance to the customer service department
- creating collections on system and reporting any issues
Requirements
- strong administration and data entry skills
- A strong knowledge of excel is a must
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- flexible
- able to build relationships internally and externally
- microsoft Excel: 1 year
- knowledge of the logistics industry is desirable
