Requirements

  • ● Marketing Degree or CIM Diploma AND/OR 2 years’ experience in a
  • marketing and Events role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • ● Must have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience ideally within a B2B environment
  • ● Ability to develop strong relationships with key partners both externally and internally, at all levels
  • ● Ability to work within budget and to tight deadlines
  • ● Strong negotiation skills
  • ● Self-starter with ability to work independently, innovatively and use initiative
  • ● Team player willing to adapt to a fast-paced & fun environment

Responsibility

  • ● Creation and management of external event calendar for designated brand , based on input from internal stakeholders
  • ● Manage Texere’s presence at external events including negotiation of agreements, marketing promotional activity, equipment and logistics
  • reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting and varied role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of Marketing
  • you will be responsible for managing the marketing for your designated brand , working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive success of the brands in their respective markets
  • this role is varied and will require someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and well-versed in a range of marketing techniques - a willingness to learn and get stuck in is a necessity
  • ● Attend events as required and provide onsite support to the wider team
  • the successful candidate will work closely with the wider Sales, Editorial, Design, Digital, Audience and Commercial Services teams to help ensure the business meets and exceeds its strategic growth objectives
  • ● Track, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of external events, preparing evaluation reports and post-event analysis and recommendations for future planning
