Requirements
● Marketing Degree or CIM Diploma AND/OR 2 years’ experience in a
marketing and Events role, ideally in a B2B environment
● Must have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience ideally within a B2B environment
● Ability to develop strong relationships with key partners both externally and internally, at all levels
● Ability to work within budget and to tight deadlines
● Strong negotiation skills
● Self-starter with ability to work independently, innovatively and use initiative
● Team player willing to adapt to a fast-paced & fun environment
Responsibility
● Creation and management of external event calendar for designated brand , based on input from internal stakeholders
● Manage Texere’s presence at external events including negotiation of agreements, marketing promotional activity, equipment and logistics
reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting and varied role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of Marketing
you will be responsible for managing the marketing for your designated brand , working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive success of the brands in their respective markets
this role is varied and will require someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and well-versed in a range of marketing techniques - a willingness to learn and get stuck in is a necessity
● Attend events as required and provide onsite support to the wider team
the successful candidate will work closely with the wider Sales, Editorial, Design, Digital, Audience and Commercial Services teams to help ensure the business meets and exceeds its strategic growth objectives
● Track, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of external events, preparing evaluation reports and post-event analysis and recommendations for future planning
