lead and manage the end-to-end service delivery life cycle, ensuring alignment with ITIL frameworks
develop and implement service strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics to enhance service quality and efficiency
oversee the delivery of technical support, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and client expectations
effectively managing, developing, and training the service desk team
ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved
monitor and analyse service performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
collaborate across departments and with clients to identify opportunities for service enhancements and provide guidance on solutions

Requirements

TIL v3 or ITIL 4 certification is essential
proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager or similar role within the IT industry
strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams towards service excellence
expertise in service management tools, incident tracking systems, and performance monitoring software
excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
natural problem solver with the confidence to made decisions
