- provides advice, support and guidance to both managers and employees across the fields of resourcing, selection and employee relations
- promotes good practice in the long term business interest, balancing commercial imperatives with legislative constraints
- carries out routine transactional work in an accurate and timely fashion
- maintains HR databases and such other records as may be required in an accurate and searchable manner
- streamlines transactional processes to drive efficiency, reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy wherever possible
