Requirements

  • qualification in business or project management is favourable

  • experience in report writing and presentation skills desirable
  • well-developed quality and results focussed orientation
  • excellent interpersonal skills/ strong customer service ethic

Responsibility

  • liaise with consultants and subcontractors to ensure timesheets and invoices are received in a timely and accurate fashion
  • promote and ensure full compliance with all statutory and company HSSE policies, standards, procedures, systems, and codes of conduct
  • support the Project Manager with team resourcing matters including keeping the Resource Planner up to date by liaising regularly with the Resourcing Manager
  • contribute to the preparation of proposals and bid submission process in accordance with company formats and BD procedures, including compiling track records and case studies and preparation of standard components
