Responsibility
- manage your assigned site
- coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
- develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service
- ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and industry regulations
- monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues that may impact deadlines or budgets
- participate in project planning, resource allocation, materials ordering and risk management activities
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience with Rainscreen Cladding
- strong communication and organisational skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- SMSTS and CSCS
- NVQ level 4 in Site Management
- excellent leadership qualities
- knowledge of building regulations
- strong contractual understanding
