  • undertake random site visits and protection checks
  • attend worksites to carry out safety audits on behalf of the business and client

  • confirm blocking arrangements and provide guidance to staff as required
  • mentor new and less experienced staff and provide guidance to locations as required
  • control and distribute spare equipment as required
  • report any issues with staff performance or competence to the relevant Delivery Manager or on-call manager in a timely fashion
