Responsibility

  • we are currently recruting for a HGV Mechanic to maintain, inspect, repair and look after the companies fleet
  • to maintain, inspect, repair and the vehicles
  • to maintain, inspect, repair and the vehicles, trailers
  • prepare, present and accompany all HGV vehicles for annual MOT inspections
  • carry out periodic safety inspections to all HGV vehicles
  • to complete associated paperwork to ensure that all statistics and legal information is compiled

Requirements

  • driving License
  • class 1 / 2 Licence
  • experience of working with all aspects of HGV and light commercial maintenance and repair
  • able to carry out work with minimum amount of supervision
  • effectively manage time and meet deadlines
  • good standard of verbal & written communication
  • mechanic: 1 year
  • HGV Mechanic: 1 year
