- to be able to follow a pre-defined schedule of drops
- adapt to changes to the pre-defined schedule throughout the day
- this role is an important part of the success of the business and requires daily interaction with all Terry Tew Sound & Light Customers and clients
- attention to detail relating equipment and packages that need to be delivered
- safe standards of driving are essential, and the minimum expectation for this role. Other key skills include communication, organisation and the ability to adapt to changing working requirements are key to the success of this role
- communicate with the admin and warehouse team throughout the day
- use and update a web-based delivery schedule on a smart phone
Requirements
- minimum of 6 months multi-drop driving in a 3.5 tonne LWB van
- maximum of 3 points on driving licence
- exceptional communication & organisational skills
- ability to adapt to changing workload
- good general sense of direction/ability to learn frequently used routes
- flexibility – to be able to work weekends periodically, as required
- delivery driver experience: 1 year
- driving: 3 years
