Responsibility

  • analysing and verifying information in relation to ownership and occupation of land and property
  • capturing graphical and/or textual information to specified quality levels and production rates as required, including land ownership plans and accompanying schedules
  • undertaking both office-based research work and site based surveys
  • day to day liaison with team members, clients and interested parties
  • preparing plans and relevant documentation on request
  • being responsible for the quality of deliverables and completeness of updated project documentation and systems
  • conducting and receiving enquiries from the public and organisations via phone, email and/or in person to confirm land ownership and occupational interests, recording all correspondences accurately, encouraging parties to complete documentation and responding to any concerns they may have
  • providing administrative support as needed
