Responsibility

  • establishes an appropriate market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs
  • discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer in order to identify marketing requirements for each of our branches
  • discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research
  • briefs advertising team /agent on our marketing goal, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with colleagues on potential modifications

Requirements

  • minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Marketing and/or similar subjects
  • have a background and strong understanding of catering markets, especially the London market
  • have a good new business development skill and commercially focused, self-motivated
