Requirements
- we are recruiting a Mortgage Administrator, for a thriving Financial Services firm in Preston, who have an exceptional reputation in the market and are genuinely passionate about the quality of service they give to their clients
- working 18 hours per week over 3 days , this is a varied role in which you will have the opportunity to further develop your existing administrative and technical skills in a busy office
- an excellent telephone manner and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal are vital to be successful in this role
- as well as having the opportunity to utilise your amazing customer service skills, liaising with clients, suppliers and third parties, you’ll play a key role, supporting the team in a range of administration tasks, effectively prioritising your own workload
- the role is office based and located in Preston with free parking available on site
- ensuring the smooth running of the office day-to-day, you will be the first point of contact for many customers, via email and telephone as well as face to face, so the ability to build rapport and develop quality commercial relationships is essential. Additionally, you will process files, record data accurately and will ensure all information is up to date, so you will be accustomed to working effectively while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy
