Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager
  • experience in working with healthcare organisations, professional to secure Packages of Care contracts
  • experience of working with brokerage teams, social workers, clinical commissioning groups, and other professionals to secure POC
  • strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management
  • knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
  • familiarity with home care services and social work practices
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively under pressure and make critical decisions
