  • familiarity with property maintenance procedures - Must have a car/van alongside a valid driving license

Responsibility

  • conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
  • conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants
  • assist with coordinating property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and overseeing work quality with approval of the proprietor
  • maintain accurate records of tenant information - Ensuring that the properties are insured and kept up to date - Maintaining up to date Landlords gas safety certificates and Energy performance certificates
