- communicate with parents via the EY Log system, completing daily diaries and inputting observations
- reinforce company policies and procedures, ensuring met health, safety, and safeguarding standards
Requirements
- relevant childcare qualification
- experience in a similar role preferred
- must be Level 3 qualified
- strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
- commitment to continuous professional development
- excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
- extensive knowledge of Safeguarding
