Responsibility

  • you will mix, prepare and bake our full range of breads which are slow fermented and enriched
  • you will open and close the bakery at the start and end of your shift
  • you will manage ordering, stock control and wastage
  • you will adhere to health and safety and food safety regulations
  • you will ensure all baked goods are completed to strict timelines and to an excellent standard
  • you'll produce our signature doughnuts, pastries and other items for our Bakeshop, markets and events - where you will also be expected to serve customers occasionally
