TEN BELLS - ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER - up to £40k
we are currently recruiting a talented Assistant General Manager with lots of personality & banter
our ideal AGM is an expert in all things PUB and BAR operations and will have good all-round business knowledge
as AGM you will have a lot of responsibility in the day-to-day running of the venue and will work with your GM to ensure your team is fully trained and provide the most amazing customer experience
this role would suit someone that has been an AGM in a busy and high-volume pub or GM / Deputy GM in a smaller London pub
you will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career – become our future General Manager as our venue portfolio grows
