Requirements
strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
effective communication and leadership skills
ability to lead teams
good IT knowledge
experience working at supervisory or management level in hospitality / catering for at least 1 year
punctual, reliable and trustworthy, you will be a key holder and will be in charge when the manager is away
passion for hospitality, with high level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.Strong understanding of cost and team efficiency systems that lead to restaurant profitability
