valuation surveyor
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- to undertake commercial property valuations for Probate, SIPP, Share Transfer, Matrimonial and other matters. Occasional lending valuations will be involved
- to maintain strict confidentiality at all times on all matters relating to the Partnership, its clients and the work
- to develop and maintain professional contacts throughout the geographical area, developing and building business levels
- to undertake general lease advisory work to include rent reviews and lease renewals mainly, but not exclusively, in connection with properties under management
- to keep professionally up-to-date and maintain adequate records
- to demonstrate a well organised approach to the work and to demonstrate high motivation in completing jobs to a high standard within an agreed timescale
- to behave at all times commensurate with the position of a Senior Chartered Surveyor and to show appropriate respect to both clients and colleagues
- be prepared to assist other departments, particularly Property Management and Commercial Agency within the Partnership and undertake any reasonable duties requested from time to time
Requirements
- you will need to be an MRICS qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer
