Responsibility

  • produce technical documentation to support rapid company growth simplifying complex systems into structure and understandable content
  • create templates and establish standards for technical documentation within TelXL
  • create, control and maintain libraries of documents which may include identifying suitable software solutions
  • develop and maintain a deep understanding of the TelXL product offerings in relation to what the product can do, by being hands on and exploratory in your learning journey

  • develop and maintain a strong empathy for the end users using the TelXL products, gathering insights and analysis in order to build a fit for purpose technical documentation library
  • engage with all stakeholders internal and external to understand what they need from a technical documentation library and continuously develop suitable material for their requirements
  • collaborate with developers and managers to clarify any technical issues, ensuring that documents are suitable for all consumers including engineers, sales, training and marketing teams
