principal Responsibilities
manage the Finance team , including providing regular supervision and annual appraisals
monitor and manage the team’s workload and prioritisation to ensure agreed objectives, targets and deadlines are met
advise management teams and the Treasurer on the financial impact of changes to policies, procedures and strategic decisions
maintain the financial Risk Register and ensure that where risks associated with the finance function are identified, adequate control measures are in place
have oversight, along with the Operations Manager, on legal issues, liaising with solicitors as and when necessary
annual review and update of Stay’s Financial Operating Polices and Procedures ensuring these are compliant and implemented across the organisation
