Responsibility

  • have responsibility for the day to day management of The Net service
  • to provide quarterly and year-ending statistical reports on all activities
  • to attend regular meetings to report on developments in the service
  • to ensure that all documentation and team procedures are kept up to date
  • contribute to achieving service outcomes, targets and service excellence as required by Stay’s contractual obligations and Stay’s policies and procedures
  • develop and maintain effective working relationships with specialists and agencies or individual services relevant to the clients’ needs
  • create and maintain good relationships with clients and external agencies
  • promote and represent Stay/Telford Mind and Citizens Advice Telford and the Wrekin at relevant forums and meetings
