Responsibility

  • managing client relationships and delivering technical projects against agreed project deliverables
  • leading the planning and implementation of projects
  • create and deliver project proposals, technical specifications, quotations and tenders
  • defining a project’s scope and goals
  • delivering product demos and training
  • onboarding clients and managing their needs
  • meeting budgetary and job profitability objectives for projects
  • seek productivity and operational improvements that will better serve clients needs and deliver tangible benefits to their brand

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant client Account Management experience, ideally in a Creative or Digital Agency
  • saaS systems specifically Digital Asset Management and Product Information Management systems
  • A good level of general technical knowledge and problem solving
  • BSc in IT, Software, Computing or similar
  • experience of scripting languages ie Java, PHP, HTML, Ruby on Rails
  • A real hunger for problem solving in investigating & diagnosing potential issues
  • A good knowledge of Apple products and Adobe software
  • excellent time management, organisational skills with a friendly manner
