  • an understanding of network technologies
  • good Understanding, implementation, migration, administration of O365 technologies
  • microsoft Deployment Toolkit - MDT
  • A strong understanding of application packaging - MSI, App-V • Imprivata, Ivanti, Nexthink, Intune and Autopilot - desirable

Responsibility

  • MECM/SCCM administration
  • operating System deployment and management across wide estate
  • application deployment
  • software update patching and management
  • liaise directly with the customer and key stakeholders to resolve issues
  • deliverance of system status via mature reporting processes
  • work on roll-out and delivery of IT projects/Bespoke Requests
  • investigate the problem whilst keeping in contact with the customer and logging notes in the system
