  • processing order and information pack requests
  • capturing enquiries
  • providing basic service, product and technical advice
  • offering excellent customer service
  • we are a small and friendly team of Inbound Call Centre Agents based at our light and airy building on North Hill, Plymouth; we're a short walk from both the City Centre and Train Station
  • we are looking for both new and experienced customer service focused Call Handling agents to support our wide range of clients, working part time , primarily Saturday and Sunday on a permanent contract
