Responsibility
- lead the production of Monthly Management Accounts and present for review by Finance Manager
- assist in delivery of Group Reporting to Finnish parent company
- supervise the Accounts Receivable Function, using Microsoft Business Central and LEAN ERP
- supervise the Accounts Payable Function using Basware P2P and Microsoft Business Central
- ensure any significantly aged accounts are chased and assist in chasing the payment and escalating to management for support
- produce weekly reconciliations of Accounts Receivable ledger
- identify and address coding errors with the Accounts Payable function
- prepare and report on Cash Flow
