Requirements
- degrees in business or commerce, CA or CPA certificate or equivalent
- at least 5 years experience in a manufacturing operation to the level of plant or company Controller
- accounting
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to challenge and motivate staff
- creative problem solving and analytical skills
- competence in ERP and MRP software applications
- knowledge of Europe tax an asset
Responsibility
- implement changes according to local & international accounting standard and reporting systems as required to meet the objectives of company and corporate management
- overseeing and liaise with internal & external auditor on year-end audits, company secretary related activities and internal legal counsel on contract review & approval
- taking care of tax preparation duties or liaising with external tax accountants for tax preparation
- overseeing all financial control activities, including the review, analysis and submission of monthly and/or quarterly financial & disclosures
