Requirements

  • proven experience as a finishing foreman, site manager or similar role
  • knowledge of construction management software packages
  • working knowledge of general building materials and equipment
  • experience managing multiple trades
  • ability to read drawings and specifications
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • problem-solving aptitude

Responsibility

  • tekGroup is looking for a finishing foreman to oversee the finishing trades, You will be responsible for ensuring the site is properly maintained and that H&S is adhered to at all times
  • the Site Manager will also be working closely with our Project Managers and General Contractor to ensure the overall project moves forward smoothly
