Responsibility
- safely transport passengers to their desired destinations, ensuring a comfortable journey
- maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the taxi, performing regular checks and minor repairs as needed

- handle cash and electronic payments accurately while issuing receipts
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety
- assist passengers with heavy luggage or other items as required
- keep accurate records of trips taken, including mileage and fare details
- remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations or during difficult interactions with passengers
Requirements
- applicant must live within 15 mins of Aberystwyth
- proven experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred
- held a UK Driving Licence for at least 2 yrs
- strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse passengers
- be aged over 25 yrs old for insurance purposes
- capability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers with their belongings
- no more than 6 points on driving license
- excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
