- regularly update risk assessments, care plans, and case notes based on the outcomes achieved through activities
- attend monthly staff meetings for each home
- compile AQA evidence and perform administrative tasks necessary for accreditation submissions
- develop and implement a weekly planner for each service user, ensuring that all activities are accompanied by a comprehensive risk assessment
- organise a bi-monthly staff gathering, such as an activity or social event, to foster a positive workforce culture
- coordinate the allocation of draws for season tickets to Middlesbrough football club games
- collaborate with the clinical team to ensure activities are aligned with the presentation and needs of service users, integrating CBT and DBT approaches
- create and enhance an Independent Living Skills program to support individuals in supported living services and young people transitioning from care in children's homes
