Responsibility

  • teconnex is a Global manufacturing business, with our head office based at Keighley, West Yorkshire
  • we now seek to recruit a 1st Line IT support technician to provide comprehensive technical support, advice, and provide excellent customer service to all users, including taking responsibility for the triage of queries through our IT service desk
  • provide IT inductions and support for new starters, ensuring that all users have the equipment they need to be able to work effectively
  • configure new and replacement Laptops/Tablets/Phones in line with organisational requirement
