Responsibility
- we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced mechanical and / or electrical engineer to join our experienced multi-skilled team
- the position will be office based in Tonbridge but will include site visits to clients predominately in the South East
- conducting site surveys for prospective projects
- designing basic ventilation systems and selecting plant
- preparing client quotations
- purchasing plant and materials
- tecomak is an industry leading specialist ventilation company with a dynamic modern approach. We have a wide client base and operate in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, government research and educational industries
- liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- as a minimum we expect you to have
- A degree or HND in engineering or building services
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- some practical experience in an HVAC or engineering discipline
- A positive can-do attitude and a personality compatible with teamwork
- willingness to travel on short assignments and to work paid overtime and flexible hours when necessary
- full, clean UK driving license
- excellent customer facing skills
