Responsibility
- joining the projects team working on deployments and migrations
- the role will involve managing projects start to finish, including technical deployments and liaising with the customer
- strong communication and time management skills are therefore required in addition to the technical experience
- mentor, train and support colleagues to improve on service offerings
- creation of project related documentation
- creation of technical documentation
- ensuring knowledge is handed over to support teams for BAU
- updating of project status’ in internal project management system
Requirements
- A good understanding of Office365 and setting this up and managing it
- office365 migrations
- azure deployments
- experience working on projects
- 2nd/3rdline technical experience
- configuring firewalls
- remote-Based but willing to travel to site from time-to-time
- needs to be Midlands/Birmingham area based
