- adaptable / flexible
- strong attention to detail
Responsibility
- maintain a positive induction experience, ensuring a warm welcome to new starters and the organisation of any required training i.e. H&S
- hold fortnightly 1-2-1’s with the Senior Leadership Team for regular updates and communication on their team members
