  • checking all goods received and prices charged
  • reconciling supplier statements
  • liaising with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies
  • maintaining the Purchase Ledger for month end closure using Sage 200 software
  • general office duties including answering the telephone and greeting customers visiting our showroom
  • previous purchase ledger experience
