- generates solution designs, system documents, testing analyses, test plans, and risk assessments to ensure sound architecture to meet client needs

- ensures the functional component of the solution aligns with the client's business goals and current/potential standards
- design and develop next-generation hybrid-cloud and multi cloud solutions, supervising their implementation, ensuring that the industry best practices are followed
- establish high level monitoring of all sites to understand changing workloads and how to adapt systems to optimize performance
- develops new and modifies existing network platform capabilities to support business processes by mapping network platform/infrastructure components, identifying dependencies across systems/platforms and managing network infrastructure security, availability, recoverability, performance, integrity, and supportability
- the GSA oversees the technical coordination between the site Systems and Core Engineering teams and provides the operational strategy for our global systems architecture
- analyse new and existing architectures, research solutions, specify long term direction, and ensures engineering platforms meet reliability expectations to enhance customer satisfaction
- it also ensures that the global infrastructure continues to meet the needs of Technicolor Creative Studios businesses and drives innovation to deliver both increased capability, security and optimize overall costs
- ensure all sites apply lessons learned from major issues/improvements discovered at other sites
- researches technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards
- robust and consistent Cloud Strategy design aligned with business objectives
- demonstrated success at selecting and evaluating new technologies that will adhere to innovative industry trends and practices
- promote methods and standards for systems performance monitoring and optimization
- communicate the solution vision and strategy during meetings and presentations to appropriate parties. Ensures that the functional/technical aspects of the program are accepted by the stakeholders
- provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel
- update and present Network Roadmap strategy to IT Leadership Team
- review all site infrastructure and operations against acceptable standards, working with local Systems and Head of Technology on remediation plans where improvement is required
- ensure that Global Content Security policies are adhered to and report any suspected incidents
- day-to-day lead the client through the technical and organizational challenges of Cloud transformation
- produce Design documentation . - Act as a lead in the network, internet voice and video technology space globally
Requirements
- bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- hands-on multi cloud or GCP delivery experience in an Architect position
- proven experience in selecting, designing and overseeing the deployment of traditional LAN, WAN, and WLAN solutions

- proven Solution Architect experience for large-scale SAP transformation programs
- A strong history of successful implementation of complex multi cloud or GCP solutions
- hands on and design experience of Azure VNET's, VNET Peering, NSG's and VNET Gateways
- proficiency in at least one scripting language - bash/python/Powershell
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- experience articulating the relationship between the business needs and recommended system architecture to business leaders and stakeholders
- experience architecting, designing, migrating workloads to the cloud
- experience with deploying network appliances to Azure as well as Azure network functions like Azure Traffic Manager
