- technet IT are currently working with an outstanding IT services provider who are looking for a Client engagement manager
- the Client Engagement Manager will be responsible for the following
- building a strong, working relationship with crucial Operational and Management Stakeholders within the aligned Client base
- to be a single point of contact to the aligned Client base for Operational excellence, delivery, and concern
- they are looking for someone who wants to join there fast paced environment and help the become one of the top providers globally of infrastructure and cloud services
- the Client Engagement manager will be aligned with multiple Clients and for each client form part of the Client Stakeholder team of which you will be responsible for all aspect of client delivery
- to be an escalation point for the Client and internal teams for matters or incidents concerning your aligned Client base
- to engage early in the Client or project service onboarding delivery lifecycle, defining transparent processes/procedures, roles/responsibilities, and managing operational documentation for both the Client and Creative ITC technical teams
