  • backup and Recovery Expertise: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining secure, encrypted backup solutions, troubleshooting failures, and ensuring data integrity during restores
  • incident, Problem & Change Management: Experience with ITIL frameworks, managing incidents, problems, and changes from an operational standpoint
  • client-Focused: A solution-oriented approach with the ability to balance client satisfaction, contractual requirements, and technical limitations

Responsibility

  • shift Leadership: Support and guide shift leaders to ensure that operational standards are consistently met across the team
  • serviceNow Queue Management: Oversee the management of ServiceNow queues, ensuring incidents, cases, and requests are handled within SLA requirements
  • client Escalations: Address client escalations, resolving complex issues related to cloud infrastructure and data protection
