you will be directly responsible for the engagement, relationship, and expansion of a specific set of customers within our customer base
we are looking for an Account Manager to join us on our exciting journey of exponential growth, as we continue to revolutionize the financial sector through innovative technology solutions, including networking advancements
Requirements
proven 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial sector or technology industry
demonstrated expertise in Salesforce, including managing accounts, creating reports, and analysing data
strong understanding of financial industry dynamics, regulations, and challenges faced by financial institutions
knowledge and understanding of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and security
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders
proven track record of exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing key accounts
bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales, account management, or networking technologies are a plus
strong business acumen and the ability to understand clients' strategic objectives and align our solutions, including networking components, to their needs
