- build rapport with all levels of staff and customers
- adhere to and promote CSI and UTP to customers and 5S programme
- to order parts from the Parts Department and to order sub-contract work
- to provide times, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information
- previous Service Advisor role would be preferred
- technical knowledge
- proven experience in a customer service role would be essential
- excellent telephone manner
- preferred previous experience of working with budgets and statistical data
- excellent organisational and administration skills
- proactive approach to work
- able to work to deadlines
- to process any parts related enquires giving the correct identification and information required
- to promote MAN parts in compliance with customer upselling guidelines
- to assist and develop parts sales with the objective of meeting Branch Parts Targets
- to assist and maintain stock room duties
- attend any training course as deemed necessary by the service manager
- to ensure compliance and achievement of CSI and UTP targets
- ensure workstation and parts dept complies with 5S programme
- to liaise with customers and assist with any queries, keeping up with progress
- good analytical skills
- proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
- experience in a similar role
