- provide technical assistance and support to employees, customers, and vendors
- perform routine maintenance and repairs on company computers and equipment
- this position is located in our Ilford office
- troubleshoot and diagnose problems with computers, networks, and other equipment
- identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, drivers, and peripherals
- identify and recommend new technology to meet customer needs
- communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve problems
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
