  • create event budgets and manage expenditure
  • source and book venues for events
  • prepare event budgets and forecasts
  • negotiate and manage event contracts
  • design and implement event déco
  • monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • liaise with stakeholders, clients and guests

Requirements

  • strong knowledge of the tech industry
  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning
  • event Management: 5 years
