- creating and reviewing invoices to ensure that they're accurate and correctly formatted using Xero accounting software
- assist with purchase ledger and credit control duties
- basic bookkeeping including uploading bills and supplier account information
- reconciling supplier statements and business receipts
- assisting with purchasing on materials including gaining quotes and completing account forms
- liaise with suppliers, to resolve day to day and ad-hoc issues as they arise
- assist with maintaining staff records, issuing PPE, and processing expenses
- maintaining H&S documentation and vehicle and plant log books
