Responsibility

  • creating and reviewing invoices to ensure that they're accurate and correctly formatted using Xero accounting software
  • assist with purchase ledger and credit control duties
  • basic bookkeeping including uploading bills and supplier account information
  • reconciling supplier statements and business receipts
  • assisting with purchasing on materials including gaining quotes and completing account forms
  • liaise with suppliers, to resolve day to day and ad-hoc issues as they arise
  • assist with maintaining staff records, issuing PPE, and processing expenses
  • maintaining H&S documentation and vehicle and plant log books
