  • reporting to our Kitchen Manager you will play a key role in putting the finishing touches to our hearty dishes, delivering a smooth kitchen service and keeping our standards high for our travelling customers
  • follow our seasonal recipes, ensuring that food is cooked and presented to specification, checking levels and demand to ensure we only offer fresh quality products across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
  • maintain a clean, tidy and safe kitchen with the highest levels of food safety to maintain our 5 star rating including completing all necessary paperwork
  • work together with the larger catering team, using flexibility and your initiative to change your own activities to meet different circumstances and customer needs
