Responsibility
- managing the branch staff to ensure that they carry out their roles to an acceptable standard
- carrying out annual appraisals for branch staff & set SMART objectives for the year ahead
- monitoring branch performance to ensure sales & profit targets are met
- ensuring quotations are completed & sent to customer in a timely manner & within agreed timescales
- ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and correctly
- ensuring all customers’ details are correct in the system
- to be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the branch and act as the escalation point for the branch & any customer issues. To achieve and drive sales targets
- meet and manage customer expectations and to deal with any issues that may arise or in some cases escalate as necessary
