chef / Cook for residential Fitness Retreat
prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu parameters and dietary requirements set by TEAM Bootcamp
ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value
maintain excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely delivery of meals
adhere to strict deadlines on a daily basis, ensuring that meals are prepared and served on time
prioritize food hygiene and safety, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
utilize your previous cooking experience to bring creativity and innovation to meal planning and preparation
we are dedicated to providing our clients with nutritious meals that meet their specific dietary requirements while delivering exceptional taste and quality
Requirements
previous cooking experience is essential. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
strong organisational skills and excellent timekeeping abilities to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment
basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certification would be advantageous
A solid knowledge and a keen interest in food, including an understanding of dietary restrictions and special requirements
ability to work flexibly and adapt to menu parameters and dietary needs, ensuring all meals meet the highest standards
A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
