Responsibility

  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs, gather requirements, and translate them into creative and relevant user-centred designs
  • create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate flows and interaction for various digital products, game-related interfaces and services
  • plan and conduct user testing and research to validate design concepts and iterate on designs
  • develop, follow and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and services
  • stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes
  • collaborate with other designers and the UX team, product managers, game and web developers, as well as the wider team to ensure designs are properly implemented to meet user needs and the brand guidelines

Requirements

  • demonstrable knowledge of design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies
  • at least 1 year of practical experience in UX design, human-computer interaction, graphic design, or related field
  • practical experience in a lean/agile environment
  • portfolio demonstrating experience in designing and developing user-centered digital products and services
  • strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
  • experience designing for both mobile platforms and web
  • proficiency in design and research tools such as Figma, Miro, ProdPad, Adobe Creative Suite, UserTesting, Pollfish, Typeform, etc
  • practical experience conducting lean and iterative UX research - including various research techniques, interviews and testing
