Requirements

  • experience with Xero, Google Drive, Google Workspace and related Cloud-based apps
  • is conscientious and highly organised in everything they do
  • is able to work well as part of a team, but also independently
  • is skilled in independent time management, able to work accurately, efficiently and to multitask across a number of activities simultaneously
  • is a confident communicator with strong verbal, written & presentational skills
  • excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • is comfortable carrying out both low-level & high-level tasks
  • is experienced with at least 2+ years administration and bookkeeping

Responsibility

  • organising company events and conferences
  • providing information to the external accountant and Financial Director in a timely manner for the production of financial statements and tax filings
  • managing office budgets
  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • answering phone calls to the TDC office
  • general receptionist duties, greeting and communicating with clients
  • collating and filing expenses
  • maintaining, reconciling, and reporting on the petty cash fund
