- maintain close relationships & be visible & influential with key senior vendor & key customer stakeholders
- provide accurate forecasts including key pipeline and risk mitigation plans
- provide thought leadership within the UK&I Board & European Advanced Solutions team
- show TD SYNNEX's market & thought leadership through social media, press and PR
- create a winning culture by motivating, coaching and developing the team, utilising servant leadership values in line with TD SYNNEX culture. Work alongside TD SYNNEX UK&I Regional Managing Director and Board to do the same company-wide
- work proactively with UK&I Sales Director to ensure profitable growth through all Sales channels
- set strategic direction for the Business Unit in conjunction with key European Management
- ownership of the annual financial plan for business unit agreed with UKI Regional Managing Director & Advanced Solutions European Senior Vice President annually
Requirements
- strategic thinking & planning
- proven experience of leading, supporting and developing high performing teams and coaching for success
- ability to motivate & lead a large group of Sales and Technical employees directly or indirectly under their management
- experience of owning a P&L, commercial negotiation and business planning and review
- have gravitas, experience and style to influence senior internal & external stakeholders
- IT marketplace - understanding of Competition, Customers & Vendors
- IT industry knowledge including Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, IoT, Security & Enterprise Software
